What's the benefit and disadvantage of using and NFC tag instead of a QR code.

Is there any way for the tag to break when removed so that it can't be moved?

I want to encode around 200 tags myself but with individual data on each tag. Is there software that i can use to do this instead of adding a unique url by hand into the phone apps ?
