Yes you can. All of our standard NFC tags that we sell are able to be placed in a freezer and withstand up to -20 degrees Celsius. The adhesive however may not last as long especially if it is being taken out and put back in. There is freezer grade adhesive that we are able to attach the tags to.
Some chips such as the FPC tags are able to withstand more cooler temperatures than the standard tags.
