From setup instructions to serial numbers and aftercare guidance, users can now get accurate answers in seconds, directly from the product itself.
Traditionally, NFC tags have been used to trigger basic actions such as opening a webpage. Ixkio’s new AI feature goes further, enabling consumers to ask questions and receive contextual responses based on the exact product they have scanned.
This creates a seamless experience where product support, instructions, and brand content can be delivered through a natural AI chat interface - without requiring an app, customer service contact, or manual searching.
The Ixkio platform is built around a powerful, multi-level tag hierarchy, allowing information to be stored and managed at different levels depending on how broadly it applies.
