What's the difference between a wet inlay and a clear label?

A wet inlay only has a single layer of plastic below the antenna where a clear label has two - one below and one on top.

A wet inlay is thinner so will hide better when laminated between card or behind another sticker. A clear label is stronger and works best as a stand-along sticker. The structure of a clear label is the same as white label and the only difference is either a clear top layer or a white top layer.
