NFC for Events & Trade Shows

Since the pandemic, contactless technology is being used as the new way to connect with people. We now live in a world where most people are used to scanning table cards for menus and ordering food & drink. The benefits of using NFC Technology at events

The most important part of trade shows is to get customers engaging with your brand, gaining new leads and building a rapport. NFC is a great way to share information with a quick tap of the phone rather than writing down names, email addresses and phone numbers with pen and paper. These products can be used over and over again at all future events creating less waste.

One method of using NFC to increase engagement at an event is to hide NFC tags around the venue and encourage people to find them to win prizes. This gives people an incentive to scan the tags and understand how to use the technology.

NFC Business Card

These are typically used to share contact information. We don’t recommend encoding the vCard data directly onto the NFC tag; iPhones can't read them. Instead, we recommend creating a vCard file, uploading this to the internet and encoding that link to the NFC tag. Or, just use our simple vCard-Go generator to create dynamic vCard links. NFC Wristbands

These can be used for entry to an event or for child safety if they get lost; scanned by security to gain guardian contact details. We supply these NFC wristbands with single and multiuse toggles for all types of events. We've supplied tens of thousands of single use NFC wristbands for fesitvals and music concerts.
