Seritag offer a 14 day refund policy. If your tags are not as you required and provided they are in perfect condition then you can return them for a full refund. Please note that encoding or reading the tag can change the memory configuration - even if you then delete the standard payload data. For a full refund the tags must not have been encoded in any way. In some circumstances, we may be able to part refund any tags not used but only within the 14 day period and only if the returned tags are in perfect condition.
We cannot refund encoded or ID printed tags unless there is a specific defect with the tag. This doesn't include issues such as 'I thought they would scan through two metres of concrete..' ! If in doubt, order a few sample tags first or just speak to us. In the event that there is an issue, then it's really important that you notify us as soon as you possibly can. Additionally, it's very important that you separate any tags you have used for testing from the rest of the reel or batch. We will then work with you to get the problem resolved. We are not the kind of company to mess about. If there's a problem, we'll sort it out.
If the tags are defective in any way then we will work with you to either correct the problem, replace the tags or provide a full refund. We use the very best tags and have some of the most advanced equipment in the industry to make sure that defective tags aren't likely to arrive on your doorstep. However, in any event, it's important that you contact us as soon as you are aware of any issues. Do not ship any tags back to us until we have spoken and you have some advice from us in writing.
