You can use
tamperproof NFC tags. These are specialist NFC tags that are specifically design to break when someone tries to remove them.
There are two different types of tamper. Ones that are designed to fail completely and others which are designed to detect and report the fail on the next scan.
There are limits to these types of tags. They need to be applied to particular surfaces and have limitations - for example you can't have a garment washable tamper tag.
For your second point - the ability to prevent the tags being copied is related to authentication/anti-counterfeit. The general process is that we used secret keys stored on the tags to create unique codes which are verified on a server. You can see more about this on our
authentication nfc tags youtube video.
