These two chips, the NTAG210 and the ICODE SLIX are from different NFC chip families. The NTAG210, manufactured by NXP belonging to the NTAG family, and the ICODE SLIX, also manufactured by NXP.
The NTAG210 chip was launched in 2013 alongside the NTAG213, NTAG212, NTAG215 and NTAG216. The NTAG210 has a limited amount of memory at 40 bytes and while it has some more features than the original NTAG203 chip, it's not as full featured as the NTAG213, NTAG215 or NTAG216. It's more expensive than the simple NTAG210µ, but very few users would ever require the features such as the password protection. If you want a cheap, high ScanStrength chip, Seritag recommend the NTAG210µ rather than this NTAG210.
The ICODE SLIX is part of NXP's ICODE family of chips. The ICODE series is older than NXP's NTAG series and has a number of significant differences - particularly a longer 8 byte UID and a longer memory retention specification of 50 years.
Both these chips have a strong ScanStrength and will work very well with mobile phones.
