What's the best tag for attaching to clothing ?

We have two types of NFC tags that would be appropriate for clothing:

- Hard Disc Tags. These tags are durable and long lasting. They are however rigid and are more expensive than the alternative. Due to its durability these tags are often used as industrial laundry tags.

- Garment Spec tags. This is essentially a normal label however made to be more durable with thicker plastics and an epoxy bond over the chip. This is a cheaper and more flexible tag due to this it is not as durable as the hard disc tag.

The two tags have generally the same scan distance for their sizes. Most customers use a sew-on (recommended) or iron-on patch to hold them in place and provide some extra protection. The Garment spec can withstand around 50-100 domestic wash cycles. However if it is critical that the tag cannot fail we strongly recommend the hard disc tag as they are more durable overall.
