Yes we do. There are two types of tamper tags : one type that just destructs completely and the other that can detect the tamper (usually called 'TT' or 'tamper loop' type tags) .

The Tamper Loop tags can be very difficult to use They almost always have to be designed and manufactured specifically for the application so that they always fail on tamper but don't fail otherwise. It's usually not easy and large scale deployment can be tricky as well.

The destruct type are much easier to use and can usually be a simple modification of an off-the-shelf tag or just a stock item.

For this type of NFC tag to link to an NFT, you want to be using an authentication grade chip such as the NTAG424 or NTAG223/224.
