Can I use NFC without internet ?

Yes. You can use a mobile phone to scan an NFC tag without connection to the internet.

However if the tag contained for example a link to a website then you wouldn't be able to access that page of course.

We have some customers that build asset management or round management Apps that allow the tags to be scanned but upload the data to a server later. For example a security location NFC tag might be placed in a carpark basement without internet access and be scanned during a security patrol. That app would then upload that scan when access to the internet was available.
