The NFC Forum official logos are free to use. They have a few official logos; the first is called the 'N-Mark'. This logo needs to always be presented with the trademark (TM) . Another requirement is that the following statement be included on all product packaging marketing literature etc.. 'The N-Mark is a trademark or registered trademark of NFC Forum Inc. in the United States and in other countries.'.
The second is the New NFC Forum Wayfinding Mark. This has a few different variations of the logo that you can choose from to attach to your tags. Providing designers and manufacturers the freedom and flexibility.
The EMVCo contactless logo is not free this logo is a trademark of EMVCo and its use in non-payment based situations requires the prior review and approval of EMVCo.
