I need an NFC tag that I can scan from as far away as possible what's the maximum distance I can scan tags from?

This depends on the size of the tag. The larger the size of the NFC tag the greater the scan distance. Our 48x78mm NFC tags have a scan distance of 67cm. We recommend using the largest NFC tag you can to make a better user experience.
