Id like to intergrate NFC in to my hats during the manfucaturing phase, what tag should I buy?

This would depend on the temperatures your tag is exposed to.

Standard garment tags would be most suitable for this use case. Flexible garment labels and hard disc NFC's can withstand heat with a maximum of 120degrees.

Which would suit you best would depend on the the NFC your design and integration preference.
