Yes. In most instances we'd recommend using NTAG424 tamper labels for maximum protection but it depends on your exact use case.
A few things to consider. Firstly how long you want the tags to last. Some NFC chips such as the NTAG213 have a specified life span of just 10 years. For long term document archives this might not be enough. Chips such as the ICODE SLIX or NTAG424 have a 50 year life and can therefore be used for much longer.
Additionally it depends on your security requirements. NTAG213 chips - just by their presence - can provide a level of authenticity but don't prevent copying. For full security we would recommend the NTAG424 chips.
And then for a extra level you can use tamperproof labels which will break and destruct when a removal is attempted. We wouldn't always recommend these as they are generally weaker than regular tags and for very long term use you might want a more standard tag for reliability.
